Kyneton is a railway station on the Bendigo railway line in Kyneton, Victoria, Australia. The station lies approximately 1.5 kilometers (0.93 mi) from the town centre and sees trains on V/Line Bendigo, Swan Hill and Echuca lines services.
The station was upgraded as part of the Regional Fast Rail project, with the platform re-aligned, the manual interlocking frame and railway crossing gates decommissioned, and new remote controlled computer based signalling provided. The station is the terminus of some peak hour V/Line commuter services, and sidings at the station are used to stable trains. To protect heritage structures in the region, the line between Kyneton and Bendigo is a single track apart from bi-directional crossing loops as a result of the Regional Fast Rail project.
In the morning, trains to Melbourne depart from Platform 1, while Bendigo trains depart from Platform 2, this reverses in the afternoon.
